*Highlighted products are repeats from last years Advent Calendar*

How is it different to last years?

With only 3 repeated products, Rituals have shaken up the 2D advent calendar in contents and design. Featuring only one repeated candle and the other two products being the wipes and scrub glove, I am pleasantly surprised with the calendar this year. You would expect an accessory or two to be repeated with a bathing advent and you do expect to see a couple of brand favourites too. What Rituals has done is used their product lines in a very different way to other brands. For example, say they have 4 lines they want to include in the calendar, each will have a body wash, body scrub, shower gel...etc so they can swap which line product features each year and give you different scents and textures.
The design is one of my favourites to feature on a calendar, the home at Christmas vibe and the red wasn't a surprise as they've swapped between gold and red the last couple of years, but I do prefer the white accents on the design.

Is it worth the price?

Keeping it at the same price as last year, the worth claim is £120.00 which is just a little more than last years £118.45. Last year, because the contents of the year before were not released, I couldn't say whether it was worth the money to someone that had had it that previous year. This year I can say that it is 100% worth the money. I am actually wondering whether I can get away with this one on my wishlist as well! With only 3 repeated products, the contents being of a good size (and not being such small samples) this is an advent where you get double your money's worth and you cannot argue with that.
