*Highlighted products are repeats from last years Advent Calendar*

How is it different to last years?

Boots have brought back this collaboration with another festive design but with a few issues too. This is a 24 day advent with twelve repeated products, that is half of its contents. The advent exclusively contains brands you can find in Boots and although they have included a few new ones, they haven't reflected the different products in the brands they've featured again. Products that are not exact repeats highlighted above, are the same but different colours.

Is it worth the price?

Last year it was priced at £40.00, this year it is an eye-watering £85.00 with a £137.98 worth claim. Now adding everything up you do get that claim, but it is not worth the money. The worth claim last year was around £130.00 so already you can see the problem.
For £40.00 you got around £130.00 worth of products with £2.00 of that sale going to Macmillan Cancer Support. This year you pay £85.00 for £137.98 worth of products and still just £2.00 of that sale goes to the charity. Where is the extra £37.00 that you are not getting in the products and not going to the charity actually going? It is so disappointing to see this happen with an advent advertised to help support a charity that affects 1 in 2 of us. I do not recommend this advent this year.

I'd love to know what you think. You can find me on FacebookTwitter & Instagram, use the hashtag #CalendarCountdown or comment below.

As always, thanks for reading...
