The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream // The August Review

The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream

This was another buy that was recommended through The Freaks group. I hadn't heard of The Inkey List before and when researching saw that it was a brand Cult Beauty were very happy to recommend. As I had just used The Jordan Samuel Skin cleanser and was reordering it, I decided to pick this up as well. The product description says:
"Like a double espresso for your (all to fragile) under-eye area, The Inkey List's Caffeine Serum harness the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant powers of coffee to bring them to your skin. Soothing and protecting this delicate area of your face, Caffeine Serum helps to reduce puffiness, minimise dark circles and prevent the skin damage that can be caused by free radicals - these can mark dark circles more pronounced. As caffeine is a diuretic, it can help to relieve water retention, which can be a major cause of pesky puffiness under your eyes. Also enhanced with renowned age-defying peptide, Matrixyl 3000, the formula helps to boost collagen production and so minimise fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes."

Pros

- A little goes a long way.
- Affordable.
- Hydrating.
- Seen results in my dark circles.
- Eyes are not as puffy.
- Area is smooth.
- Also use on eyelids, which are also smooth and hydrated.

Cons

- None!

The Verdict

I have really come to love this, so much I ordered a second bottle. I know that you are never going to buy something quick fixing in a bottle but this has helped my under eyes a lot. My dark circles are a lot better, my eyes don't look as sunken and the puffiness has decreased substantially. The area is smooth and hydrated too. 100% recommend this and I'm looking forward to delving into the brand more.

As always, thanks for reading...
