*Highlighted products are repeats from last years Advent Calendar*
How is it different to last years?
With only 6 repeated products, that repetition in contents has decreased from 38.4% to 25%. This also has fewer makeup products than last years. Seeing the contents of all three advent calendars The Body Shop have released this year, I like that they've gotten back to basics and filled them with the products they're, not only most known for, but loved for. The addition of their face masks is a lovely way to show off they have a skincare range without picking many products that could only help one skin type / issue. With the same stunning vintage design as the first advent, they've decided to go back to individual boxes on the inside for the products. I understand they do this because of larger and heavier products but it is a little like playing jenga!
Is it worth the price?
Priced at £65.00 again this year, but by my calculations this advent contains £121.50 worth of products and not the £125.00 it claims. Despite that with more midsized and full-sized products this is amazing value for money. I would say out of the three advent calendars on sale, this is the best one to try if it's within your budget. With a low number of repeats and not only showcasing The Body Shop's best sellers but also some of their newer additions, it has the perfect variety to someone new to the brand or to someone that already loves the brand.
Is £65.00 too much for a 24 day advent calendar? Would this be something you'd spend your money on?
As always, thanks for reading...
