How is it different to last years?

This is one of those few advents on the market where there are no repeated products. They kept the individual boxes but went with this open book design which is classic and in my opinion sturdier than last years. The design and colour palette is festive but a lot more understated than the Christmas shopping scene last years design had. I really like this, sometimes simple is better.

Is it worth the price?

Increasing from £250 to £280 they've gone for some higher end brands in this years contents. This advent is just worth over the price at £282.63 but every year Marks & Spencer always have an offer on. If you spend £35 on Clothing, Home or Beauty you can get the advent for £35, that's a £245 saving! At £280 I wouldn't say it was the most affordable calendar but if you buy from Marks & Spencer or have gifts to buy from there, treat yourself with the offer available.

What do you think of getting a saving by buying from certain ranges? Do you think the advent is worth the £280 price tag without it?

I am doing another month of #CalendarCountdown, I'd love to know what you think of all the different advents and you can find me on FacebookTwitter & Instagram. Use the hashtag #CalendarCountdown if you have one of these advents or if you have your own way of counting down to Christmas.

As always, thanks for reading...
