How is it different to last years?
With only one repeated product, Holland & Barrett have gone with some familiar brands to last year but different items. I've started to see a lot of natural and cleaner beauty product advents come about this year which is fantastic. This is a very sparkly festive design and completely different to last year.
Is it worth the price?
Priced the same at £35.00 you are getting a different kind of saving this year. The cost of the products is around £60.00 give or take a few pence but you get vouchers worth under £20 in the products. I'm a fan of getting a voucher or some money back on an advent but not on individual products. For example the Debenhams advent featured a £5 gift card I could use on any brand in store or online but it's unknown if vouchers in this advent come as offers. This means you could get say 20% off when you spend an x amount on one brand or product. To me that's a huge gamble, if someone is trying the advent they may not of liked or got on with that particular product. You still get a great saving on the products and the advent is worth the RRP but I was just very confused with the direction they went with the vouchers.
What do you think about getting savings via vouchers? Would you be happy with that included in the advent?
