Trick Or Treat Sweet Bags 2018

Every year I post about the treat bags I do for children in my family and there will be a post on this years next week.
Today I wanted to show the treat bags I have done for trick or treaters. As a disclaimer this is something I was inspired to do after seeing so many ideas on YouTube and Pinterest. I'm not saying you should do this I just thought this may give you another idea for treat bags if you do them. I decided to do these because last year I went through 8 bags of mini chocolates and they were over £2 a bag. I managed to put 100 of these treat bags together for just over £12.

All together, each bag holds a balloon, plastic glow in the dark spider, a tattoo, a small box of smarties and some mini marshmallows. I got a lot of these bits and pieces from supermarkets, online fancy dress stores and Baker Ross. I picked the cookie bags up from a website last year that I now cannot find, but a few stores sell similar designs on Amazon.
I was so happy with how these turned out, I think they're something different and offer variety. My area gets a lot of trick or treaters, last year around 60-70 children, so I did 100 with the notion that I'll probably pack away the non perishables, eat the marshmallows Halloween night and eat the smarties over Christmas!

What do you do for Trick Or Treaters? Do you go all out for Halloween?

As always, thanks for reading...
