Elizavecca Hell Pore Clean Up Mask // The August Review

Elizavecca Hell Pore Clean Up Mask

"Eliminate your sebum and impurities at once using Elizavecca Hell Pore Clean Up Mask. It is a peel off type mask that removes blackheads, whiteheads and dead skin cells effectively. As it dried, it’s liquefied formula transforms into a peel off pack and as you peel it off, it removes deep-seated dirt and sebum that clogs the pores. Containing 4% of charcoal extract and various botanical ingredients, it helps control excess sebum while providing full of nutrients." - My Korean Makeup Website

- Doesn't take too long to dry.
- Peels off in larger sections.
- Doesn't leave a lot of residue behind.
- Gets rid of blackheads, whiteheads & dead skin cells.
- Gets deep into the pores.
- Leaves skin feeling matte.

- It can hurt.
- Not the easiest consistency to work with, it's quite thick and tacky so it takes a but of work for it to spread thinly.

This was one of those Korean Skincare products that went viral amongst social media influencer's. Some reviewed it and some used it in a challenge style video as it is renowned for being a painful peel off mask. I didn't find it that bad across my nose, forehead and cheeks but when I peeled it off around my jaw and chin, it pulled every little hair out. I've never had a peel off mask hurt or make my eyes water before and I didn't realise that the experience would soon become part of my deep cleanse skincare routine. This is probably the best peel off mask I've used so far. Ones I've used before will always take away blackheads but this takes everything out of your pores and my skin feel so much better for it. The consistency isn't the easiest to work with and it can be a little messy but it's not too frustrating to deal with. I recommend this 100% and you can find it over on YesStyle.
