How is it different to last years advent?

I couldn't find last years contents to compare but I know that like last year this is an exclusive advent to John Lewis.

Is it worth the money?

In my opinion no. The tea isn't as festive or seasonally applicable as the English Tea Shop advent. If this was priced at £10 I think you'd be getting your money's worth and it would make a great gift to someone who isn't as into festive hot drinks. At £20 I could buy 4 or 5 different teas that would last months in comparison to 24 days.
