How is it different to last years advent?

This is the first advent by Kikki.K available in the UK through Selfridges. I like the simplicity of the Black & Gold design and how the gold matches the pieces you get.

Is it worth the money?

No. I was really shocked at this advent. £90 for some stationery bits isn't going to be the number one reason you'd part with your money. Kikki K already offer some affordable gifting sets as well as brands like Paperchase and Smiggle. I cannot see how the pieces in the image above even begin to total £90.
