How is it different to last years advent?

Honestly I was really disappointed with the design this year. I loved the wooden drawers last years calendar had and I can understand creating something different, but this design doesn't scream Christmas. The majority of this years contents are repeats but the Jack Wills range is limited to so many scents and product types. To call this a beauty advent calendar is quite misleading as they don't offer any makeup other than two nail varnishes. I would say this is a pamper advent calendar as it's giving you product to nourish your body, something you'll need in the harsh winter months whilst stressing over Christmas.

Is it worth the money?

Yes and No. With last years advent in mind you were paying £35 and getting the lovely drawer cabinet afterwards to keep. The contents are worth over £35 so you are getting more than what you are paying but it's just the display is a little disappointing in comparison to the previous year.
