I've seen this tag across a few Blogger & YouTubers pages, I think this started with Bethany Mota but don't quote me on that!

1) Favourite Winter Nail Polish? I'm don't wear Nail Polish that often but when I do, I always like a Dark Navy Blue like The Supersonic Speedy Quick Dry from Barry M.

2) Favourite Winter Lip Product? To keep them hydrated Vaseline is my usual go to. For colour I love either the NYX Soft Matte Lip in Cannes or the LA Splash Studio Shine Waterproof Lip Lustre in Duchess.

3) Most Worn Winter Clothing Piece? Hands down it'll be my Knitted Christmas Jumpers and Dresses. I rotate them all round evenly so I cannot say which I wear more but I live in them come Winter.

4) Most Worn Winter Accessory? My Dallas Cowboys Beanie Hat.

5) Favourite Winter Scent / Candle? Last years Christmas release, Festive Cocktail by Yankee Candle it's very similar to the Glade Spiced Apple which is a close second favourite.

6) Favourite Winter Beverage? I don't drink hot drinks around Christmas I usually just treat myself to a little more Southern Comfort & Lemonade.

7) All Time Favourite Christmas / Holiday Movie? That's a really hard question as I love a good Christmas movie. I don't care what time of year it is, if I'm feeling unwell I usually stick in a Christmas movie. At the moment I keep watching The Grinch, The Polar Express & The Muppet's Christmas Carol.

8) Favourite Christmas / Holiday song? I have a top three and that usually changes when there is new releases. I love the three songs listed below but partly because of the artists arrangement.
- Kelly Clarkson- Run Run Rudolph
- Train - Shake Up Christmas
- Rascal Flatts - I'll Be Home For Christmas

9) Favourite Holiday Food / Treat? Morrisons do this amazing Chocolate Fudge cake. I usually pop it in the microwaves for 10 seconds so it's warm and starting to melt. Then pop two scoops of Dairy Free Ice Cream with it.

10) What Is Your Favourite Christmas Decoration This Year? Last year my best friend Josh brought be a Captain America Shield ornament and it's just amazing. I love Marvel, Captain America is my favourite and it goes perfectly with my Disney Tree.

11) What's At The Top Of Your Christmas List? This coming year I'd love to try out some more Korean Beauty Brands so I've asked for bits and pieces from a couple.

12) What Are Your Plans For The Holidays This Year?
This year I have my grandparents coming down from Wales, my brother coming home from Edinburgh and we are going to eat as much as we can, play board games and just have a chill Christmas. We'll also have friends and family pop in and out over the days and we'll go out Christmas Eve to deliver presents to loved ones and something I'm planning to do, take more pictures!

I hope you have been enjoying my content this month with the #CalendarCountdown and festive posts in between. Hopefully you'll be back to see my Gift Guides this December ^.^ As always you can find me on Twitter, Instagram and now Facebook.

The Pip Stop Gin & Tonic Advent Calendar - £99.00

- 1 x 70cl bottle of the Lakes Gin
- 24  x Bottles Of Assorted 20cl Tonics

Is it worth the money?

Personally I wouldn't say this was worth the money in comparison to other gin advents. It's a little deceiving as you're not getting a mix over 25 days but 1 gin and 24 different tonics. I feel a lot of people will be as particular choosing a tonic as they are choosing a gin.

I will be reviewing a multitude of different Calendars this year. If there are any you'd like me to review catch me on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #CalendarCountdown.

Jewellery Advent Calendar - £20.00

- 12 x Pairs Of Earrings
- 5 x Pendant Necklaces
- 1 x Matching Necklace & Bracelet Set
- 5 x Bracelets

How is it different to last years advent?

This is another advent I came across on JD Williams this year. It's another Jewellery Advent but it has a lot more variety. I really love the design of this, you'd often expect boxes shaped like this to contain tea lights or candles. I don't know if this is a repeat or not as I cannot find anything to distinguish if it was released this year.

Is it worth the money?

Again this is a yes and no situation. It is physically worth the money but it is another advent to sit and think on. This would be better for teens but not all girls have their ears pierced so they'd be unable to use half of the calendar. For those who have pierced ears this would be lovely to gift.

Charm Bracelet Advent Calendar - £19.00

- Charm Bracelet Advent Calendar contains a charm bracelet and 24 charms

How is it different to last years advent?

This is very similar to what Accessorize offers just with an older design. This is the first year I've come across this on JD Williams and I hope it isn't a repeat. The box has a gorgeous design, very festive!

Is it worth the money?

Yes & No. This is better for an older teen than other Charm bracelet advents out there but it's all dependant on whether you wanted a Christmas theme or not. A lot of people would love this as it could be worn all year round but with and advent being about Christmas some may not be as excited by it. I think it'll be an advent to sit and think on.

Technic Festive Bubbles Advent Calendar - £14.00

- Contains 24 days of bath time treats including mini soaps, bath pearls and bath fizzers.

How is it different to last years advent?

This is the first Technic Bathing Advent I've seen and after googling I believe this is their first one. Technic are very well known for their Makeup so I'm unsure whether this would prove as popular but it's certainly got a appeal.

Is it worth the money?

Yes, you are getting 24 products for £14.00 which is an amazing saving. This would be more suitable for young teenagers and gives them a chance to feel grown up and use fun scented bath products. Technic are known for being subtle so I don't think this would cause any irritation but if you have very sensitive skin I'd do a little extra research before you buy.

How is it different to last years advent?

The design this year is different but all the contents are exactly the same as last year! I was really shocked because Sugar & Spice although limited in product type offer a lot of different colours.

Is it worth the money?

No, although it's the same price as last year it offers nothing new. Yes you could get this for someone who has never tried the brand before but if they repeat again next year then you'll be finding another brand anyway. I think there are better alternatives like Technic that are a lot cheaper.

Tinc Advent Calendar - £28.00

- Gifts include stationery items as well as travel accessories, toys, puzzles and more!

How is it different to last years advent?

Tinc don't give you a list of contents but they guarantee that the contents are 100% different to last years. This has a very different look to last years, they've gone with a toy soldier theme across the individual boxes.

Is it worth the money?

100% I think this is one of those advents that's great for big kids too! You get a good loot in this and it isn't gender specific which is great if you have a boy and girl. I've heard quite a few bad reviews on other advent's that offer variety like this but looking through last years reviews, this won't disappoint!

Oh K! 12 Days Of Beauty Advent Calendar - £12.00

- 1 x Mini Nail File
- 1 x Mini Nail Polish
- 1 x Mini Nail Polish Glitter
- 1 x Lip Gloss Ball & More!

How is it different to last years advent?

It's a very similar design to last year but it represents the brand well. There isn't a full advent list for this year but what is revealed so far are repeats products.

Is it worth the money?

I think this is worth the money, You are getting 12 products for £12 from a popular korean beauty brand. It may not be to everyone's taste but if you are thinking of trying Korean Beauty Products I'd start with this. Excellent value for money and a variety in the loot. If you brought this last year I'm afraid to say you may just be getting different colours / scents of products.

River Island Beauty & Jewellery Advent Calendar - £35

- 1 x Barry M ‘That’s Swell’ Lip gloss
- 1 x Barry M Illuminating Strobe Cream
- 10 pieces of gorgeous RI Jewellery for the season of Glam!

How is it different to last years advent?

This is new to River Island this year and I was quite surprised at the price of this. I think pairing with Barry M was a good shout but I'd like to have seen 6 pieces from them and 6 pieces of River Island jewellery.

Is it worth the money?

Yes and No. Again you'll get your moneys worth but it's not as exciting as other Jewellery advents. I think making this a 24 day advent and upping the price to £45-£50 with more pieces from Barry M would have been a lot better. Hopefully they'll do something different next year.

- 2 x Nail Polishes
- 2 x Blushers
- 2 x Lip Glosses
- 2 x Lipsticks
- 1 x Lip Pencil
- 1 x Eye Pencil
- Makeup Applicators & More!

How is it different to last years advent?

This is the first year I've come across Urban Beauty and I can't find anything about them having an advent last year so this must be their first! I'm not too crazy about them giving a list of contents and it not being a full list. I like surprises but with advents I'd like to know what I'm paying for.

Is it worth the money?

Yes and No. I've seen advents by more established brands than this one for the same price. The reviews are good but I see this being a young teen advent. You are getting a full 24 day advent worth of products for £19.99 so you'll get your money's worth it's just whether you want to take the gamble on the brand or not.

The Pip Stop Shop 12 Days Of Wine Advent Calendar - £39.99

- A 12 bottle countdown for the 12 days of Christmas, bringing you a different 187ml bottle of wine every day.

Is it worth the money?

Yes, this is so worth the money. Although I have seen 24 days advents for not much more than this, the wines included are such good quality. This again is perfect for a Christmas or New Years Party or perfect for that loved one who likes a variety of wine. The bottles are a brilliant size to do two days too, so you could open a day every other day and still have 24 glasses of wine.

How is it different to last years advent?

This is the first year I've come across the Tili Advent Calendar and I'm so glad I did. Exclusive to QVC this is an amazing product loot of popular and best selling products from high end brands. It has a great balance between makeup, skin and body care and I'm just in shock at this.

Is it worth the money?

Absolutely! I am actually a little gutted I couldn't get my hands on one and I'd highly recommend this to those who are as into makeup and beauty as I am. The skin and body care products are perfect to treat the damages winter has on your skin whilst the makeup helps you achieve a festive glow. I'll be on the hunt for next years advent!

How is it different to last years advent?

I couldn't find a contents list for last years advent so I'm unsure if you'd be getting any repeats in the advent this year. They've gone with a similar print to last year just minimised it and popped it onto a square box. I really like it, festive yet it represents the brand.

Is it worth the money?

Yes! I said last year that a full advent calendar with natural products and a guarantee that they've not been tested on animals is hard to come by. There are a small number of brands who could do that for a body and skin care advent so I'd highly recommend this to the person who is after products like this and want to try something new.

Mavala 12 Days Of Christmas Advent Calendar - £45.00

- 002 Adhesive Basecoat 5ml
- Colorfix - A Clear Top Coat 5ml
- Cuticle Oil 5ml
- Hand Cream 30ml
- Oil Seal Dryer 5ml
- Tweezers
- London (53) - A Warm Elegant Christmas Red
- Velvet (396) - A Cool Hot Chocolate Brown
- Red Diamond (210) - A Bright Tinsel Glitter Red
- New York (217) - A Warm Coal Grey
- La Paz (71) - A Deep Warm Dessert Pink
- Pure Diamond (213) - A Multi Glitter Diamond Dazzle

How is it different to last years advent?

This is the first year Mavala has released an advent calendar and I love it. The colour scheme is so different but it stands out and looks festive. Doing a 12 advent was a better option as it kept the cost down. The only thing I'd have loved in this is their nail growth polish for those who cannot grow strong nails.

Is it worth the money?

100% I love this advent, this in my opinion has been well researched so you are not getting a few colours and some cheap nail files. You are getting cuticle and nail care something that Mavala are well known for and that works well for a lot of people. Although I'd love to see a 24 day advent from Mavala I think this works best for them.

How is it different to last years advent?

This is the same set up and design as last year and although it stands out a lot it's disappointing that they didn't produce something different. There are a couple of repeats but there's nothing new about it other than the scents.

Is it worth the money?

No, I didn't find it worth the money last year and this year is no different. I don't understand why there is a £15 increase for the same design and product types but different scents. I don't think I'd end up using everything in this calendar and I'm personally confused why they would release and include something like the Tobacco Absolute Eau de Toilette.

In a similar fashion to the Superdrug post I've picked five categories and found some gift ideas that are in the 3 for 2's or on an offer.  Just to note that offers do change and sometimes items are changed out of offers because of stock levels. I picked these items in accordance to the five categories and what I think would make great gifts, stocking fillers or treats for yourself.

For those who love No7...
