Step One
I started the same way I have previously, by gluing down my Eyebrows with the Elmer's Glue and using a Brow Brush to make sure they stuck flat to the skin. I used three layers making sure the first was dry before applying the next. I finished by pressing down some translucent powder over them to absorb any leftover moisture. I then used a little concealer to cover them.Step Two
Taking my white eyeliner I traced out the eyebrows and drew the eyeshadow shape. I started with the eyes first as they are the staple of Cruella's look. I was really happy with the green NYX Pencil I picked up as it was so pigmented.Step Three
I applied a little foundation around my face at this point as I wanted to go ahead and draw on the brows. When it came to drawing on the brows it did take some time and I had to go back and conceal around them. I then used concealer where it was needed elsewhere.Step Four
I decided to use black face paint to draw in the outline around the eyeshadow as the eyeliner was quite thick and didn't have much flexibility to it. This gave it a more cartoon effect. I then lined my top and bottom lash line with the kohl liner before moving onto the lips.Step Five
I took the lip liner and gave my lips quite pointed edges like Cruella's before filling them in with the red matte cream from NYX.Step Six
I then lined my top eyelid a bit thicker than I would normally to again give that cartoon effect and to emulate Cruella's. I finished the eyes by applying some fake lashes and giving my top and bottom lashes a few coats of mascara.Step Seven
I took my MAC powder foundation and applied it all over my face and brought it down my neck. I was very careful around my eye and lip makeup.Step Eight
I finished with some touch ups and putting on the wig!I'd love to see if you recreate this, use the hashtag #HalloweenWithHannah on Twitter & Instagram or feel free to comment below ^.^
