Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Paint // The August Review

A couple of months ago I reviewed the Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Nail Treatment and since then I have brought quite a few nail varnishes. These first four are by Barry M and they are the coconut infusion ones. I actually included two of these in a recent giveaway!

The product description says...

"Barry M Coconut Infusion is an entirely new and innovative Nail Paint formulation.
Its unique, caring blend of Coconut Water and Coconut Oil gently hydrates and nourishes nails while delivering a beautifully smooth, gel-like glossy manicure.
Enriched with anti-oxidizing properties, the strengthening benefits of patented Hexanal and Vitamins B & C, nails will be repaired and replenished, resulting in a brighter, healthier looking, long lasting finish.
Its exclusive High Reflective Resin System offers lustrous shine, fluid coverage and amazing depth of colour."
Shades from left to right: Aloha, Laguna, Surfboard & Bikini.

- Infused with coconut water and oil to hydrate and nourish the nails.
- Lovely range of summer colours.
- Doesn't chip.
- Has a really high shine.
- The consistency isn't too thin.
- Only need two coats!

- Cannot wear a base coat with them.

The Verdict

Barry M has some amazing Nail Paints but so far these are my favourites. I love that they are infused with coconut water and oil but it means that an undercoat wouldn't help you get the full effect. My first thought was that they'd chip easily but found my painted nails lasted 5 days before seeing any damage; and I work in retail! I hope they release these in darker shades for the Autumn/Winter.

What do you think of the new Coconut Infusion Nail Paints? What colour would you chose?

As always, thanks for reading...
